2. What data do we collect?
We collect the data you provide via our forms (contact, CV upload, etc.) including name, email, phone, CV, LinkedIn profile and other career information, plus technical data such as IP address and browser data via cookies.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry (consent, GDPR art. 6(1)(a), and pre-contract steps, art. 6(1)(b)).
- To match you with relevant roles in our candidate database (consent).
- To send newsletters if you've subscribed (consent).
- To comply with legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary. CV data is kept up to 24 months from last activity, then deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion at any time.
