Holmgaard Management and the UN’s global goals
Holmgaard Management is constantly in progress. We always strive to optimize our processes and interactions with the outside world, and our goal is to live up to a number of the UN’s global goals for sustainable development. Four world goals, in particular, are relevant for both our customers and ourselves to work with, and they, therefore, receive extra attention:

We work digitally as far as possible, and we use hybrid workplaces, flexible working hours, and online meetings. It saves us and our customers both time and transport, which at the same time means less strain on the environment. The benefit is also flexibility, well-being, and a better work-life balance for the employees of Holmgaard Management.

Our vision is that we as a recruitment company help to ensure high-quality candidates who make a positive contribution to the company’s health.
World Goal 5: Gender equality, diversity, and multiplicity
We work actively to ensure diversity in the process of recruiting employees and managers – both when it comes to the work for our customers and internally in Holmgaard Management. We do this, among other things, through a broad and open-minded view, and – to the extent possible – by presenting candidates of different genders, ages, and ethnicities to our customers.
Internally, we ensure that our consultants and partners represent both sexes. We have ongoing dialogues both internally and externally to ensure that we are constantly better at identifying and resolving any inappropriate prejudices in ourselves and others.
World Goal 8: Decent jobs and economic growth
With every task solution, we strive to deliver high quality and to present the perfect match of candidates for both the position in question and the specific company. We know from experience that the right candidate is an important piece for the company’s future growth. We also ensure that the match is right for the individual candidate in a way that the person is well informed about the pros and any barriers or disadvantages of the position. On that basis, the person in question can make an informed choice, which can be a source of well-being and personal growth. We also treat the candidate with high ethics and confidentiality throughout the process, and we strive for the candidate to experience a good process – even if he or she may end up not being offered the job.
Holmgaard Management also contributes to growth by participating in networks that focus on the SMV segment. We strive to understand the companies and their challenges so that we, with the right candidates, can assist in creating even more jobs.
World goal 12: Responsible consumption and production
In the ongoing dialogue with the customers, Holmgaard Management strives also to focus on the UN’s world goals and thereby support sustainable consumption and/or forms of production. At the same time, we opt out of collaborating with companies that do not behave ethically. We make sure to follow the development in legislation and governance ourselves, and we strive for a highly professional and ethical level. We have a sharp focus on complying with the GDPR and have well-functioning processes that ensure compliance. At the same time, we work continuously to develop and improve our processes and business for the benefit of customers and candidates.
All our partners and consultants are experienced managers who work business-oriented and value-based. Our values are ‘propriety’, ‘thoroughness’, ‘quality’ and ‘dedication’. This means for both our customers and us that we create value for the companies and candidates we work with. Holmgaard Management has therefore set up also an external advisory board that keeps us sharp on both our business approach, our values , and our ethics.
We also work continuously to ensure sustainable alternatives in connection with the purchase of goods, services, and transport.
