Our Onboarding ensures that your new leader is well received and led safely into the job position. A predefined planning ensures that both the new leader and his colleagues have time to harmonize expectations with each other from the start. By appointment, we also offer executive coaching and mentoring with ongoing follow-up of the new manager.
