There is no one-size-fits-all solution for Executive Outplacement at Holmgaard Management. Instead, we offer three types of personalised Outplacement:
Executive Outplacement Exclusive is reserved for directors, senior executives and executives. It is an open-ended process with an unlimited number of hours. This ensures that candidates are given the advice and support they need right up to the next job in their career.
Our experience with Executive Outplacement comes from assignments from clients including SMEs, private equity funds and C-25 companies. We have experience within the Danish public sector as well as national and international experience.
